Citadel Ups Randy Taylor To CFO

CITADEL BROADCASTING has officially promoted RANDY L. TAYLOR from VP/Finance and Principal Accounting Officer to CFO. He will succeed ROBERT G. FREEDLINE, who resigned at the end of that month to "pursue other career opportunities."

"I am looking forward to my expanded role and in continuing to contribute to CITADEL, which I have been part of for many years," TAYLOR said, who has been Interim CFO since FREEDLINE's resignation.
