CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WREC-A/MEMPHIS names STEVE VERSNICK as PD, replacing RAY STEELE, who left to join the news team at WPTF-A/RALEIGH earlier this FALL. VERSNICK, most recently in charge of CLEAR CHANNEL's ATLANTA BRAVES radio network, formerly programmed WERC-A/BIRMINGHAM and then-WCKY-A (1360 HOMER, THE SPORTS ANIMAL)/CINCINNATI.
