CAPITOL BROADCASTING Country WCMC and Hot AC sister WRAL/RALEIGH has promoted Promotion Supervisor BRANDON ALEXANDER to the newly-created position of Promotion Dir. for both stations. Concurrently, WRAL Promotion Coordinator PAIGE ELLIS has transferred to WCMC-FM and been promoted to Promotion Supervisor.
