HORTON BROADCASTING Smooth Jazz WJZT/TALLAHASSEE has named JUDY BAILEY as Market Manager of their NORTH FLORIDA operations that include a new radio station currently being built in PANAMA CITY. BAILEY will oversee the day to day operations for stations in both markets.
