Sacto's Paul and Phil To Split, Go Solo

Longtime CLEAR CHANNEL AC KGBY (Y92.5)/SACRAMENTO morning team PAUL ROBINS and PHIL COWAN are splitting up after 18 years together. The two have for the last two years also been doing a talk show in late morning for sister Talk KSTE-A; COWAN will continue that show as a solo talker, while ROBINS remains in mornings at Y with new sidekicks. COWAN will go solo with the talk show 10a-Noon PT beginning JANUARY 3 but will remain on the morn ing show at Y92.5 until the expiration of the current contract on JUNE 15; ROBINS and his new crew will take over on Y92.5 starting on JUNE 19.
