INFINITY has officially closed on its purchase of Talk KIFR (106.9 FREE FM) (formerly Religion KEAR-F)/SAN FRANCISCO from FAMILY STATIONS. It has also closed on the divestiture sale of KEZR and KBAY/SAN JOSE to NEXTMEDIA. INFINITY installed its FM Talk "FREE FM" format on KIFR upon taking over the operation in OCTOBER.
