The previously-announced deal for FIRST BROADCASTING to sell Oldies KCCL (K-HITS 92.1)/SACRAMENTO to RESULTS RADIO has been filed with the FCC, revealing that the deal has been structured to create a new ownership entity ("NEWCO") 70% owned by RESULTS in consideration of contribution of up to $2.35 million to the new company and 30% owned by FIRST in consideration for the station. The new company is also assuming debt held by FIRST.

In another deal filed with the FCC, LOUIS J. MAIERHOFER is selling W276AS/MARTINSBURG, PA to MATTHEW W. LIGHTNER for $1.
