HUBERT GRIZZLE's GO MEDIA GROUP, LLC is buying yet another GEORGIA property, picking up Southern Gospel daytimer WUFE-A and Country WBYZ (Z-94.5)/BAXLEY, GA from SOUTH GEORGIA BROADCASTERS, INC. for $4 million cash.

In other deals filed with the FCC, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying the CP for a new station in WOODSTOCK, IL from CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. for $32,000. The new facility is planned for 5,000 watts directional at 328 feet HAAT, covering western MCHENRY COUNTY northwest of CHICAGO.

And BARINOWSKI INVESTMENT COMPANY, L.P. is selling Talk daytimer WZQZ/TRION, GA to HS PRODUCTIONS, INC. for $65,000 ($32,500 cash, $32.500 in a promissory note).
