ALL ACCESS has just learned of the passing of SEAN LEVERT. Like his brother GERALD, who passed in 2006, SEAN was the son of R&B legend and the lead singer and founding member of THE O’JAYS, EDDIE LEVERT. 

According to our reports, SEAN passed away at the CUYAHOGA COUNTY JAIL, near CLEVELAND, where he had been under arrest for failure to pay over $80,000 in child support. After he collapsed at the jail, he was immediately rushed to the hospital where he died. Our condolences to his family and friends.
