  GUIDES.COM LLC is transferring FM translator W261CP/LOWVILLE, NY to HARVEY NAGLER, with no contract or sale price disclosed. The translator rebroadcasts Oldies WGIX-F (COOL 95.3)/GOUVERNEUR, NY.
  In other deals filed with the FCC, SMITH AND FITZGERALD, PARTNERSHIP is transferring FM translator W227CC/RUSSELL HILL/MEHOOPANY, PA to GEOS COMMUNICATIONS, consisting of original partners KEVIN FITZGERALD and BENJAMIN SMITH plus BETTY CURTIN, for no consideration.
  HEARTLAND MINISTRIES, INC. is selling FM Translator W237BV/HOPKINSVILLE, KY to H.O.P. BROADCASTING, INC. for $15,000. The translator will fill in the signal of the buyer's AC WHOP-F (LITE 98.7)/HOPKINSVILLE.
