LARRY and SUSAN PATRICK's LEGEND COMMUNICATIONS OF MISSOURI, LLC is selling Oldies KDKD-A (CLASSIC 1280) and Country KDKD-F/CLINTON, MO to CLINTON LICENSE CO., LLC (DEAN GOODMAN's GOODRADIO TV) for considering the PATRICKS' $1.1 million obligation to GOODRADIO.TV under its Contribution Agreement paid in full, plus assumption of debt (total $2.2 million). The buyer has been operating the stations under a time brokerage agreement dated AUGUST 7th, under which it had the option to buy the stations outright.
In other deals filed with the FCC, JEFF HUFFMAN is selling FM translator K237DP/KENNEWICK, WA to VINCENT SHIFLET for one dollar. The buyer will rebroadcast IDA-VEND COMMUNICATIONS GROUP Top 40 KZFN (Z-FUN 106)/MOSCOW, ID on the translator.
And WAY-FM MEDIA GROUP, INC. is selling W287AA/LAWRENCEBURG, TN to ROGER W. WRIGHT dba PROSPECT COMMUNICATIONS for $20,000. The buyer plans to rebroadcast its Country WLLX-FM (POWER 97 WLX)/LAWRENCEBURG, TN on the translator.
