HALL adds, "With a unique 50,000-watt clear signal that reaches from SANTA BARBARA to MEXICO during the day and into nine states at night, KNX is often the only radio station heard in some areas, such as those usually affected by local fires, flooding and mudslides. Never has this fact been more underscored than during the wildfires that have plagued our region in recent years."
