BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP's Board of Directors has authorized the initiation of a regular quarterly cash dividend of 6 1/4 cents per share of its Class A and Class B common stock. The first dividend is payable on JANUARY 20, 2006, to shareholders of record on DECEMBER 30, 2005.
