WIBA/Madison Sells Newsroom Naming Rights

CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WIBA-A/MADISON has sold naming rights to its newsroom, which will be referred to on the air as the AMCORE BANK NEWS CENTER as of JANUARY 1. 

Terms of the deal are undisclosed; sister Talk WISN-A/MILWAUKEE sold naming rights to its newsroom to PYRAMAZ BANK last year, and other stations have done similar deals for studio naming rights, including several sports talk networks and XEPRS-A (THE MIGHTY 1090)/SAN DIEGO, which says its programs come from "The SAIC Studios," after the SAN DIEGO-based technology contractor.
