In an SEC Form 8-K filing, BEASLEY BROADCAST GROUP says that Co-COO and Director ALLEN SHAW is exiting the COO post effective FEBRUARY 1. SHAW will remain a director of the company, while BRUCE BEASLEY will become the sole COO.
