North Dallas Gets A Friend; Replaces David Smith

NEXTMEDIA appoints RANDY FRIEND as GM of its properties north of DALLAS, which include AC KLAK, Country KMKT and Classic Rock KMAD. FRIEND was most recently VP/GM of CBS Classic Hits KLUV until budget cuts caused his exit in NOVEMBER, 2007.
