EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION buys another station, this time getting noncommercial Contemporary Christian WQRP (PRAISE 89.5)/DAYTON, OH from WQRP FAMILY RADIO, INC. for $350,000.

In other deals filed with the FCC, TRINITY CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE is selling noncommercial Religion KRQZ/LOMPOC, CA to SPIRIT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $10. The buyers own Religion WUFM/COLUMBUS, OH; both WUFM and KRQZ air SPIRIT's Christian Rock RADIO U format.

Also, CSN INTERNATIONAL is selling noncommercial Religion KZJB/POCATELLO. ID to CALVARY CHAPEL OF IDAHO FALLS, INC. for $150,000.

And SMITH AND FITZGERALD, PARTNERSHIP is transferring FM translator W282BJ/SCRANTON to GEOS COMMUNICATIONS, which includes both principals of the seller (KEVIN FITZGERALD and BENJAMIN SMITH) and adds BETTY S. CURTIN as a 33.3% partner.
