Will it be Whiz wit' or Provolone wit'out for JOE MATHIEU and REBECCA ROBERTS TUESDAY? AMERICA will find out as the XM SATELLITE RADIO P.O.T.U.S. '08 hosts broadcast live from outside PAT'S KING OF STEAKS in SOUTH PHILADELPHIA 11a-4p ET TUESDAY, covering the pivotal PENNSYLVANIA presidential primary while interviewing voters, journalists, politicians and people eating cheesesteaks all day. ROBERTS and MATHIEU will also be reporting on the primary results in the evening.
"PENNSYLVANIA's presidential primary is one of the most important political stories this election season," said MATHIEU. "PAT's is an institution. It’s an ideal place to turn on a microphone and hear what people have to say about the election. Since this is XM, people all over the country can listen in. PHILADELPHIA is where our presidential election system was born. When you consider how steeped the city is in political history, and how pivotal the PENNSYLVANIA primary is, it’s only natural that we do a national show from PAT's. It was an easy decision. With PAT's, the only question I really have to ponder is 'wit or witout,'" added MATHIEU, who remained silent regarding the Whiz-vs.-Provolone controversy and did not disclose whether TASTYKAKE Butterscotch Krimpets will be involved in the broadcast.
