A burglary at the studios of PINE TO PRAIRIE BROADCASTING Contemporary Christian KKEQ (Q-107)/FOSSTON-GRAND FORKS, MN culminated in the arrest of a man who was found passed out on the counter clad only in his underwear. 

Director of Technical Ops. JIM OFFERDAHL told the GRAND FORKS HERALD that he arrived at the station SUNDAY morning at 6:45a to discover CHAD ALAN NORBERG in the building, his wet clothes scattered on the floor. OFFERDAHL told the paper that he "wouldn't call it a burglary. There appears to be no intention to steal anything or damage anything. He was just drunk, wet, cold and muddy and was looking for warmth. There is a swampy area near the station." NORBERG has been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor theft as well as a charge of violating probation. A hearing is set for next MONDAY.
