REGENT COMMUNICATIONS Top 40/Rhythmic WRCL (CLUB 93.7)/FLINT, MI. APD/Morning Host CLAY CHURCH has been promoted to PD.
He succeeds NATHAN REED, who heads south on I-75 to take over as PD of CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/Mainstream WVKS/TOLEDO.
