FISHER COMMUNICATIONS adds to the TV side of its portfolio with the purchase of full-power UNIVISION affiliate KPOU-TV/LA GRANDE-PORTLAND, OR, its low-power satellite KPOU-LP/SALEM, OR, LPTVs in BOISE and POCATELLO, ID< and LPTV CPs in IDAHO FALLS and TWIN FALLS, ID from EQUITY BROADCASTING for $20.3 million.
FISHER also owns 27 radio stations and nine TV stations (and a half-interest in a tenth).
