The FCC has reduced the fine against MARIA L. SALAZAR for antenna structure lighting, main studio, public file, and EAS violations at Regional Mexican KTCM (LA MEXICANA)/KINGMAN, KS from $34,000. to $15,500. due to financial hardship.
