JOHN GALLAGHER resigned his Pres./GM post at CITADEL Talk WLS-A/CHICAGO this week, and now his destination has been revealed, as GALLAGHER has returned to DETROIT as GM for GREATER MEDIA's cluster there, Rock WRIF, Classic Rock WCSX, and AC WMGC, effective MAY 5. GALLAGHER, a former GSM at crosstown WJR-A and DOS at WJR and WPLT, replaces interim GM TOM BAKER, who has been handling the post since TOM BENDER moved to head the company's new media operations. He will report to VP/Regional Manager JOHN FULLAM.
