TRIBUNE Talk WGN-A/CHICAGO ups Evening News Anchor/Reporter ANDREA DARLAS to Morning News Anchor/Reporter, replacing the retiring TOM PETERSEN effective JANUARY 3. DARLAS joined WGN as a freelancer in 1997 and full-time in 1998; PETERSEN is retiring after 23 years at WGN.
