Report: Ward Troubles Date Back To Priesthood Days

An investigative report by ABC O&O KGO-TV (ABC7)/SAN FRANCISCO alleged THURSDAY that former CITADEL Talk KGO-A host BERNIE WARD's problems that culminated in his admission to distributing child pornography started decades ago when WARD was a Catholic priest. 

The report contained allegations that WARD was the subject of at least two sexual misconduct complaints when he was a priest, including one in which he allegedly took a 17 year old girl to the beach with pot and alcohol and groped and kissed her, and another incident in which a 16 year old girl had to allegedly punch WARD in the stomach to fend off his advances.

WARD's attorney DORON WEINBERG responded to the ABC7 report by saying "the allegations are completely false" and that they "could have a negative impact on the federal prosecution currently pending against Mr. WARD."
