  LAURA and TRAVIS KREMLING's KREMLING ENTERPRISES has closed on the purchase of Country "TEXAS THUNDER" simulcast KTXM/HALLETTSVILLE, TX and KYKM/YOAKUM, TX from the KALIL HOLDING GROUP, LLC. KALIL picked the stations up from FORT BEND BROADCASTING for resale last year.
  KALIL AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
