ENTERCOM's board has authorized a fourth stock buyback program of up to $100 million. The move follows three other buybacks announjced on MAY 13 and NOVEMBER 1, 2004 and MARCH 13, 2005, the latter of which has resulted in $68.5 million in shares repurchased thus far.
