BLUEBERRY BROADCASTING, LLC has applied to the FCC to spin off Oldies WGUY (OLDIES 102.1)/DEXTER, ME and Alternative WFZX (THE FOX)/SEARSPOINT,ME to the KALIL HOLDING GROUP for resale. BLUEBERRY acquired the stations as part of its purchase of 17 CLEAR CHANNEL MAINE stations for $11 million and disclosed at that time that it would spin off the two stations to comply with FCC rules.
In another deal filed with the FCC, EUGENE J. ZURLO is donating his 100% equity interest in RADIO PROPERTIES, LLC, licensee of Religion daytimer WQIZ-A/ST. GEORGE, SC, to MEDIATRIX SC, INC.
