Noncommercial WWNO/NEW ORLEANS is returning to its UNIVERSITY OF NEW ORLEANS studios on MONDAY. The station, displaced by HURRICANE KATRINA, has been operating from GEORGIA PUBLIC BROADCASTING's ATLANTA studios and a small temporary studio in PD FRED KASTEN's UPTOWN NEW ORLEANS home.
