RICHARD WEAVER-BEY, a HARTFORD. CT businessman, community leader and owner of WKND/HARTFORD, died SATURDAY, MAY 17th. He was 63. WEAVER-BEY was known both for his professional life in real estate and radio stations and his commitment to civic causes.
