CLEAR CHANNEL/WASHINGTON-BALTIMORE Pres./Market Manager HARTLEY ADKINS ups MELISSA SUSAN KELLY to Dir./Sales for the company’s dual market cluster. KELLY will oversee all sales operations for the seven FM and four AM stations. KELLY will be based in WASHINGTON, DC and will report directly to HARTLEY ADKINS.
