Veteran programmer CLARKE INGRAM has been promoted to the PD post at BROADCAST COMMUNICATIONS, INC.'s PITTSBURGH cluster, WKHB-A and WKFB-A. INGRAM, a PITTSBURGH native who was PD of the former WBZZ (B94) and WJJJ, has been with WKHB-WKFB for two years. The stations program a variety of Talk, Oldies, and paid programming.
