CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WFLZ/TAMPA PD TOMMY CHUCK tells ALL ACCESS, "We pulled off a pretty cool promotion this month that was completely under the radar until YESTERDAY (5/22)."

"For the last month, we have sent our building maintenance man DAVE LEGARRETA around to gas stations in TAMPA BAY to pass out enough cash to cover people’s fill up," continued CHUCK. "So far, we have paid for over 250 people to fill up their cars. The catch was, DAVE was completely incognito. As these random hits continued, local media picked up on the story and tried to figure out where he would strike next, who he was and why he was doing it! It was a pretty big local buzz story. In fact, our other station personalities and most other local morning shows discussed this as a topic without knowing it was us!"

"So, after almost a month of playing games with local media, YESTERDAY was the day that we decided to let the gas phantom out of the bag," added CHUCK.
