House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Rep. JOE BARTON (R-TX) is recovering from a heart attack he suffered THURSDAY (12/15). BARTON, 56, who is a key player in broadcasting issues on CAPITOL HILL, had three stents inserted into his arteries to open blockages; he is expected to recover and return to work shortly.
