Jacobs Oversees 4 In Richmond

Former radio personality JIM JACOBS has been named GM of DAVIDSON MEDIA GROUP's four radio stations in the RICHMOND area, including Spanish Contemporary WVNZ-A, Regional Mexican WTOX-A, News WLEE-A and Gospel WREJ-A.

"We are thrilled to have JIM join our growing company. His local experience and his deep knowledge of the radio industry will help us continue our strong growth in RICHMOND," said Pres./Founder PETER DAVIDSON.

JACOBS hosted the "Big Show with JIM JACOBS" in the afternoons on WRVA/RICHMOND in the 1990s. He then had the afternoon show on WLEE until he left in 2003 when the station was owned by 4M COMMUNICATIONS INC.
