A pirate station shut down by the FCC in JULY is back on the air in SAN DIEGO, reports NBC O&O KNSD-TV (NBC 7/39)/SAN DIEGO.
FREE RADIO 96.9 is broadcasting from the SOUTH PARK neighborhood in defiance of the FCC, with one unnamed DJ telling the TV station that the FCC "can send as many goombas out as they want. But, free speech is what we are all about, so we'll set up again."
