WARNER MUSIC GROUP's U.S. sales and distribution arm WEA CORP. shuffles its management after the exit of EVP Sales and Marketing JOHN MADISON. 

In the realignment, SVP, Production and Media Operations MIKE JBARA has been upped to EPP/COO, overseeing operations and administration, while CFO MATT SIGNORE is named CFO/General Manager, overseeing sales analysis, credit and finance. VP, Field Sales TODD VAN GORP has been upped to SVP, Sales and Marketing, overseeing sales, marketing, and developing markets, and SVP, e-Commerce ADAM MIRABELLA remains in place. Each of the four will report directly to Pres./CEO JOHN ESPOSITO. 

WMG "incubator labels" ASYLUM and EAST WEST and ALTERNATIVE DISTRIBUTION ALLIANCE are not affected by the new structure and continue to report directly to ESPOSITO.
