Cowhead In For Mornings At 98 Rock/Tampa

TAMPA radio veteran MIKE "COWHEAD" CALTA is rejoining CLEAR CHANNEL Rock WXTB (98 ROCK)/TAMPA for mornings replacing "THE BIG BOYS" (PUDDIN and PHATTY), beginning JANUARY 9. PHATTY remains with the station in an as-yet unnamed capacity.

CALTA, who started in the market as an intern at WFLZ, was originally at 98 ROCK in 1997-2000 with BUBBA THE LOVE SPONGE and later hosted his own shows at then-Sports WQYK-A and former Country outlet WYUU (OUTLAW COUNTRY 92.5).
