CLEAR CHANNEL's WASHINGTON cluster has eliminated its public affairs department, with Public Affairs Dir, JERRY PHILLIPS exiting after 13 years with the company, reports the WASHINGTON POST. PHILLIPS' public affairs show "METROTALK" aired on Oldies WBIG-F and Sports WTEM-A.
