UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORKS EVP/GM JIM HIGGINS has announced that USRN will begin distributing "HOLLYWOOD HAMILTON’s WEEKEND TOP 30," the first broadcast week of 2006.
The three-hour weekend countdown show is hosted by CBS Oldies KRTH (K-EARTH 101)/LOS ANGELES morning man SEAN "HOLLYWOOD" HAMILTON and is produced in two different mixes in order to serve both the Top 40/Mainstream and Top 40/Rhythmic formats.
HIGGINS noted, "It’s rare to find an on air talent who is recognized and loved by both listeners and advertisers, and we’re thrilled to have HOLLYWOOD and his whole production team joining the UNITED STATIONS family of programs."
HAMILTON added, "We’ve worked hard over the past eight years to get this countdown to the quality level worthy of such an incredible outfit such as UNITED STATIONS. I expect our relationship to be lethal!" ERIC WEISS of THE WEISS AGENCY represented HOLLYWOOD HAMILTON on the deal.
