  OPUS BROADCASTING Classic Rock KXRR (ROCK 106)/MONROE, LA appoints DON KELLOGG its new afternoon-drive personality. Previously, KELLOGG was seen on national TV in the Commissioner's Box at a recent TEXAS RANGERS game. Not a great paying gig, mind you, but the view was fantastic...
