Coldplay Take Over Sirius' Alt Nation

SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO will have COLDPLAY take over the ALT NATION channel for ten days. COLDPLAY NATION will premiere FRIDAY, JUNE 13th at 6p ET and will air through SUNDAY, JUNE 22nd. The launch of COLDPLAY NATION coincides with the release of "Viva La Vida," COLDPLAY’s new album, which will be in stores JUNE 17th.

The channel will feature music from "Viva La Vida" as well as other COLDPLAY songs and will include personal introductions by members of the band, including lead singer CHRIS MARTIN. The band will also select songs by artists who have influenced them over the years and some of their favorite music from today.
