  BBC RADIO 4 "ALL IN THE MIND" host and TV psychiatrist Dr. RAJ PERSAUD is facing the General Medical Council MONDAY to answer plagiarism charges. PERSAUD is accused of having lifted unattributed passages from other works for a book he wrote.
  PERSAUD withdrew two articles over plagiarism charges in 2006, and left the radio show at that time, only to return in 2007.
