  Condolences to family and friends of longtime CUMBERLAND BROADCASTING CO. Talk WCBC-A/CUMBERLAND, MD sportscaster TOM O'ROURKE, who died early MONDAY in CUMBERLAND after collapsing from a massive cerebral hemmorrhage at home SATURDAY.
  O'ROURKE, 66, was with WCBC for over 30 years, anchoring sports reports in the morning and handling local sports play-by-play.
