STYLES MEDIA pays out $20 million to SPANISH BROADCASTING for Top 40/Rhythmic KDAY-KDAI/LOS ANGELES as part of the arrangement to close the deal no later than JANUARY 31, 2006, with another $65 million. The closing of this deal has been very protracted and $55 million of non-refundable money is now in SBS' hands.
