Conclave Announces Scholarship Winners

THE CONCLAVE has announced the winners of its scholarships benefiting students pursuing an education in the broadcast and related industries. Scholarships totaling in excess of $60,000 will be awarded at the "SUMMER LEARNING CONFERENCE: AT THE CROSSROADS," JUNE 26th-29th in MINNEAPOLIS.
This year’s recipients include JOSHUA LEYH of MILACA, MN receiving a scholarship from BROWN COLLEGE in MINNEAPOLIS; OSAMAH MASAD of DEARBORN, MI will attend SPECS HOWARD SCHOOL OF BROADCASTING in DEARBORN; and BRODY MEINKE of PRINCETON, MO who receives a scholarship to MCNALLY-SMITH COLLEGE OF MUSIC in ST. PAUL, MN.
In addition, THE DOUG LEE MEMORIAL baccalaureate scholarships will go to JENNA WUNDROUW, ST. CLOUD STATE UNIV., ALEXANDER Q. GATERUD, UNIV. OF MINNESOTA, and JORDAN SPYCHALLA, BEMIDJI STATE UNIV. RYAN MATTESKY receives the MARC BIRGER Scholarship to KEANE UNIVERSITY and LEN CLARK is awarded the first-ever ROCKWELL SCHOLARSHIP.
"This is what we are really all about, educating the people that represent both the present and future of broadcasting," Conclave Exec. Dir. TOM KAY said. "We are truly grateful to our educational partners that allow us to offer the opportunity to help so many."
