CITADEL has dropped the Sports format at KKML-A (ESPN 1300 THE SPORTS ANIMAL)/COLORADO SPRINGS and flipped the station to Classic Country as "KCS," recalling the call letters that formerly were used for the longrunning Country outlet KKCS. The COLORADO SPRINGS GAZETTE reports that the station is picking up ABC RADIO NETWORKS' DON IMUS for mornings. CITADEL sister Country KATC/COLORADO SPRINGS PD JIM WEST will oversee KCS.
In neighboring PUEBLO, CLEAR CHANNEL has flipped Sports KGHF-A (THE ZONE) to Oldies as KDZA-A.
