NRC, Superior Swap In Colorado

NRC BROADCASTING is trading its Country KSKE-F (SKI COUNTRY)/VAIL, CO and its booster in GLENWOOD SPRINGS to SUPERIOR BROADCASTING in exchange for SUPERIOR's Country KXDC/ESTES PARK-DENVER. The deal includes language that indicates that "the parties also contemplate that NRC may enter into a Local Marketing Agreement" right back to continue to operate KSKE.
