BAS Spins Two From Ohio Deal

BAS BROADCASTING spins off one of the six stations it bought from CLEAR CHANNEL in OHIO, selling AC WTTF-A/TIFFIN to DUDLEY STEPHEN's TIFFIN BROADCASTING, LLC for $500,000. BAS BROADCASTING will continue to operate WTTF under an LMA.
BAS is also spinning off AC WPFX (MY 107.7)/NORTH BALTIMORE-TIFFIN, OH to DANIEL DUDLEY's TOLEDO RADIO, LLC for $1 million.
In other deals filed with the FCC, MOUNTAIN LAKES BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Hot AC KBMV-F (THE POINT)/BIRCH TREE, MO and Country KHOM (REAL COUNTRY 100.9)/SALEM, AR to THREE RIVERS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $814,000.
THE YMCA OF GREATER ST. LOUIS is selling silent noncommercial KYMC/BALLWIN, MO to MISSOURI RIVER CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $197,000.
MIDESSA BROADCASTING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (DREWY BROADCAST GROUP) sells Regional Mexican KTXC (LA LEY 104.7)/LAMESA-MIDLAND, TX to TERRY LONDON's KWES LICENSE COMPANY, LLC as part of a $115,000,000 deal that includes several television stations.
And the price for FIRST BROADCASTING's CALIFORNIA COMMUNICATIONS OF BARSTOW's purchase of Talk KSZL-A, Regional Mexican KXXZ, and Top 40/Rhythmic KDUC-KDUQ (THE DUCK)/BARSTOW, CA from DOS COSTAS COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION is revealed as $4.3 million in the contract filed with the Commission.
