UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORK Exec. VP/GM JIM HIGGINS has been promoted to President/COO, and Co-Founder & CEO NICK VERBITSKY is upped to Chairman/CEO.
In making the announcement, NICK VERBITSKY said "JIM has been one of the main reasons for the success of our business over the years, and this appointment is well-deserved. We all have tremendous respect for him personally and professionally, and we look forward to continued growth for UNITED STATIONS with JIM in his new role." HIGGINS, a 25 year veteran of the radio and music industry, recently celebrated 10 years with USRN.
And, speaking of co-founder DICK CLARK, he's returning to TV as co-host, along with RYAN SEACREST, of DICK CLARK's New Year's Rockin' Eve. The show has aired for 34 consecutive years. Look for CLARK and SEACREST to be joined by HILARY DUFF. She's also set to perform.
